Blood In Tissue After Bowel Movements. Pains All Over The Body, Redness In Neck. What Could It Be?

Hello my? Is I ve been having NOTHING but Bloody tissue bowel movements for the past 3wks along with aches & pains all over the body sometimes high fever sometimes not also I m so sleepy all the time & feel like I just can t get enuff sleep.and my Husband noticed too that my face & neck seem to be staying very red the last couple of days. I work very crazy hours & really don t want to go the doctor if this might be something small. So do you have any suggestions of what could be going on

Hello,
You have 2 problems.
1) Blood in the motion - 3 weeks
2) Fever on and off and pain all over the body, feeling sleepy but don't have enough sleep - 3 weeks
3) Face and neck are very red - 2 days
Blood in the motion -if the color is red hemorrhoids to be ruled out, if the color is black gastric bleeding from peptic ulcer to be ruled out. Treat the cause, if any
The rest of the complaints may due to fever of any etiology. You can try simple OTC paracetamol + pain killers - if not relieved consult your Dr to find the cause for the fever and treat it.
