Hi Eddie,
It will be of help if you answer some queries :-
1. What is the colour of the blood in stool? Is it frank red blood or blackish?
2. Whether it is mixed with your stool or as a streak over the stool?
I hope you already had investigations. Please mention the reports.
Please have colonoscopy, if not done yet.
Avoid spicy foods and those food items which are not digested properly like popcorn, etc.
It would be better if you take soft and fibre rich diet for few days.
I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.
I find this answer helpful
