Blood In Stool During Mornings, No Pain. Suffering From IBS. Anything To Worry?

I have blood in my stool, but only during my morning session. This morning was quite significant, but then I had to go again about an hour later and no blood. I have no pain and my stools do not seem to have extra mucous and tend to be on the softer side as I have IBS. Not sure if I should be worried, but this has been more common in the last week or so.

Hello,

Per Rectal bleeding is common in Inflammatory bowel syndrome.
This is mainly due to inflammation(Colitis).
But it is better to exclude other causes of bleeding like polyp or tumor.
You need a colonoscopy and consultation with your doctor.
