Hello and welcome to HCM
Bleeding from oral cavity can occur due to many causes namely:
1. Gum problems- inflammation, infection, scurvy
2. Trauma to oral mucosa- trauma to inflammed gums causes bleeding, trauma due hard brush
3. Bleeding from throat can also mimick bleeding from the oral cavity
Check whether the brush you are using is not too hard. If yes then change your brush with a soft one.
Consult an ENT specialist for complete examination of the oral cavity, pharanyx (upper GI tract) and larynx (upper airway). This will help to find out the cause of bleed.
Thanks and take care
