I was playing with my clitrous this afternoon and about 10-15mins after i went to clean myself up and as I wiped myself there was blood :/ then i went for a wee and when i wiped there was a spot of blood but there has been nothing since..... mum said it could be the heat cause its really hot and the heat could bring you on your period but its never happened before and I m on the pill and dont finish my yellow pill till next week then 4 days after i normally come on so im just worried Yes i have had sex been with my boyfriend over a year and lost it in the feb so i know its not that and i didnt put my fingers in my hole :/ is this anything to worry about ?
Well, what you've had is quite unusual. But the only explanation I have is - in some women during intermenstrual period close to ovulation time can have spotting. Though you are on birth control pills which inhibit ovulation, the pills produce similar hormonal environment as ovulation which might have resulted in the spotting.
Nevertheless, there is nothing to worry as long as you remain asymptomatic. If you also experience pain, soreness, some kind of discharge, then you need to consult your gynaecologist to rule out trauma / infections.
