Blood clots after going to gym. Is it normal ?

hi, I am 26 yrs of age and have been going to the gym on & off since 4 yrs now. This time I joined gym after a gap of 8-9 months and have not been doing any heavy exercises or weight lifting, still I am getting blood clots since the 2 days I ve gone to gym. Is it normal ?

Passing of blood clots is seen after heavy work/exercise.However,if the bleeding is prolonged than the normal period the you may need to check why .But usually this should settle down soon.
