Blood Clot On Head Of Penis, Had Oral Sex. Something To Worry About?

Hello. I ve just noticed a sizeable (what looks like) blood clot on the head of my penis . This comes just under 24 hours after having oral sex and masturbation performed on my by my girlfriend (not for the first time, this has happened many times). Is this something to be worried about? I have taken some ibuprofen ( anti-inflammatory ). Should I just get some rest and have a look at it in the morning?

Urologist 's  Response
Hi,

Thanks.
This may be due to friction during vaginal/ oral sex.
You need to rule out easy bruisability.
If your tests for clotting are fine , there is nothing to worry.
Pls use local ice application for the time being.
Wish you good health,

Regards
DR GS
