Hello, Welcome to HCM, I am Dr. Das

Look, your urine test report indicates presence of red blood cells.

Pus cells and epithelial cells are present in lower value.

So, it indicates blood in urine without any infection. This condition may occur due to many reasons like taking anticoagulant agent, any bleeding disorder due to problem in coagulation defect, idiopathic thrombocytopenia, trauma, and many more.

So, consult with your treating doctor for clinical correlation and also for ordering investigations to rule out any abnormality.

Hope this will be helpful.

Regards.
