Blocked Nose, Chronic Condition, Unable To Breath, Forehead Heaviness. Using Nasal Sprays. Treatment?

Ive had a blocked upper nose for the past 8 years things are not getting better have tried sudafed and nasal inhalants as well as trying to keep off all dairy products this helps alittle last night was awful as i cauld not breathe at all from my nose,my forhead was heavy nearky every morning when I sit up I can feel top forhead of crackling and draining.consatant battle.

2 most common reasons for a blocked nose are allergy and deviated nasal septum.
you have to see your doctor to know the exact cause.
allergies can be easily controlled with nasal sprays and antihistamines.
deviated nasal septum can be corrected surgically.
