Bloating, constipation, nausea. Started with brown spotting. Am I pregnant?

Hi. I have alot of pregnancy symptoms- bloating . Constipation . Nausea . Fatigue etc. However i had a 3 day period. This was alot shorter than usual and different. Started with brown spotting and then went to bright red bleeding but not heavy or clotty. All hpts are negative but symptoms remain strong. Could i be pregnant. Almost 6 wks since last proper period

just because of symptoms we cannot confirm the pregnancy and also as all your pregnancy tests are negative,
your bleeding could be menstrual period only as it occurred 6 weeks after previous cycle that may be reason for the heavy flow, there could be chance of some hormonal imbalance according to history, so you better go for ultrasound which will find out the cause and also clarify your doubt regarding pregnancy.

as already u had a period i dont think these symptoms are related to pregnancy but i advice u to undergo an ultrasound abdomen which will help in confirming or ruling out the diagnosis
