Bloating And Upper Stomach Pain Can Be A Miscarriage Symptom?
I believe I was pregnant, maybe 2-3 weeks. I could feel the difference in my body. And had blood in my mucus from my nose. This morning I woke up to what seemed like a normal period, actually 3 days early, but I've been passing clots about the size of a quarter. And I have some bloating in my upper stomach and some pain. Could this be a miscarriage?

To know if this is really a miscarriage or a normal period a bit early, you should get the serum beta-hCG titres assayed. An examination of the clots that you have passed is also likely to help; products of conception can be identified in a laboratory. Sometimes, a chemical pregnancy can happen, wherein an abortion occurs even before the pregnancy is suspected and can be diagnosed clinically.
