Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Abdominal pain and back pain can be caused by gallstones, pancreas disease, kidney stones, urinary tract infection.
Gallstones pain and pancreas pain is usually located in the middle or right upper abdomen, radiates to the back, usually appears after spicy foods, fatty foods, alcohol. Nausea and vomiting is also very characteristic for this condition. Sometimes bile ducts get obstructed due to gall stones. In such case also stool gets whitish and urine gets darker.
Kidney stones or urinary tract infection usually gives back pain which radiates to the lower abdomen, groin and even leg. Frequent urinating and burning while urinating also appears.
Other abdominal diseases like bowels obstruction should be also ruled out.

I suggest you to visit your doctor and have basic tests. Abdominal X-ray, abdiominal ultrasound, blood work, CRP, liver tests (AST,ALT,GGTP), bilirubin, amylase, urine amylase and urine analysis performed.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
