Blisters In And Around The Pubic Area, Blood Liquid Comes Out If Popped. What Could This Be?

I had a blood blister like shoe up at the top of my pubic hair line. the i had one come up in the crease of my leg and pubic area and one big one on the out side edge of the lip of my vagina . there are about 10 or more baby blisters coming up on the lower buttocks and high leg area they have clear and blood liquid when you try to pop them What might this be...
