Blister on tailbone, itching. Scheduled for cystoscopy. What is it?

I am scheduled for a cystocopy tomorrow. The stress of the procedure has brought a big red blister on my tail bone. The only way to relieve the itching is to break the blister and put alcohol on it. It burns aweful, however it stops the itch and drys up the blister. Can you tell me what it is and will this prevent me from going through with my procedure?

Your blister is probably a friction blister or due to sensitivity of any chemicals.
You must tell this to your surgeon and he would take proper step to avoid blistering in next.
You need to search other site of body and oral cavity for any blisters.
Inform us if reappearance of blister in next procedure.
