Blisters on palm are usually caused by injury to the skin from heat or from friction. It can be due to irritation of chemicals called contact dermatitis.Mild eczema can also present similarly. You should try to keep blisters intact and unbroken in order to avoid infection. Blisters that have become infected can be treated with prescription antibiotics. Herpes blisters usually present with fever, itching and discomfort.
Visit any dermatologist for examination and further management.
Hope it helps.
