Bleeding from anus while urinating, passing stools, nausea, body heat, stomach upset. Cure?
what if i ve been bleeding from the anus for months? I try to go to the bathroom but every time I go I start bleeding from my anus even when I just pee. This has been going on for months. I also get upset stomachs a lot now, and when that happens I start to feel really nauseated and get hot. I am only 19, and I don t have anal sex.

Hi.
Bleeding from anus will be due to many causes,but commonly from Piles (Haemorrhoids) & Fissure in Ano.
If the bleeding is associated with pain in the anus,it may be due to fissure in ano.
Bleeding from anus while urinating may also be due to piles.
But,the diagnosis will be confirmed by your clinician by clinical examination.If he has doubt,he may ask for Colonoscopy and Ultrasound abdomen.
Ultrasound may also give a clue to Stomach upset and nausea.If it doesnt conclude,then you may have to go for Upper GI endoscopy.
But,everything has to done under the guidance of your Doctor.
