Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Since blood is not mixed with stool , so it may be due to ,
hemorrhoids,
fistula in anus,
any disease in lower part of large intestine as this is fresh blood.
Consult a surgeon and colonoscopy as well as physical examination will find the exact cause of blood .
Good luck.

Hello,
A painless rectal bleeding can be due to harmless condition like haemorrhoids or a harmful condition like rectal cancer. In order to find the exact cause, you must consult a surgeon and get yourself examined and investigated properly by getting a sigmoidoscopy or colonoscopy done.
Treatment would depend upon finding the cause.
Thanks

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

If you can give us more information on the bleeding we can diagnose the problem better.
With the information you have given, the most common cause of per rectal bleeding during defecation are anal fissure and hemorrhoids. There may be other problem also but need more information and investigations to diagnose.

In fissure there will be pain during defecation and constipation may be present along with it. In hemorrhoids there will be pain less bleeding and splash of bleeding will be there. Treatment differ based on diagnosis.

So get back to us with more information on bleeding and associated symptoms. In the interim take plenty of fluids and fiber rich food. Continue exercise. If constipation is there cremaffin syp will help you.

Consult your doctor for further examination and management. Hope I answered your question.
Feel free to ask me if you have any further queries.
Wish you good health. Take care.

Regards
