Bleeding Between Periods, Cramping, Sore Vagina, Cuts On Vulva, Creamy And Yellow Vaginal Discharge

I've had bleeding inbetween my period for the first time about a week ago it was brown old blood to start but the last couple of days red blood and I get cramping mostly at night I've been abit sore down there with which looks like tiny cuts on my vulva and experiencing creamy yellow discharge but not a lot I am on cilest contraceptive pill

thanks for using health care magic.

You need to meet a doctor for a detail examination and at least a vaginal smear tests.

Use of hormonal contraceptive is a risk factor for yeast infections which are not sexually transmissible but thought to be favored by sexual intercourse.

With yellow discharges, it is probable that there is a bacterial infection, however, a vaginal smear will provide adequate answers.
