Bleeding at the time of ovulation, stopped contraceptive pills. Advice?

I ve being using contraceptic pill for some month now and i stop taking them Three month back now am not ovulating but i bleed when am surpose to be ovulating pls help

hello and thank you for asking HCM,

I understand your concern. You mentioned that you stopped taking contraceptive pillls three months ago, so there is no reason why you wouldn't be ovulating. Some women experience spotting bleeding during ovulation and this is not worrying.
If you are sexually active and won't get pregnant than use your pills again.
