Bleeding After Period, Took Herbal Drug Before Period, Negative Pregnancy Test. Had Candidiasis Given Pessaries

hi, please i had my period last month on September 2, a week after that i experienced mild bleeding for about a week, and i was told i had candidiasis for which i was given pessaries. prior to my period, i took some herbal drug. now am 3 weeks late, i have 3 pregnancy tests which turned out negative. i dont know whats wrong with me

As you had intermenstrual spotting and delayed periods, there is possibility of hormonal imbalance.
Recent illness and usage of medicines can affect the menstrual cycles sometimes.
General conditions like anemia, thyroid abnormalities etc can also affect the menstrual cycles.
You once consult gynecologist and get evaluated to find out the exact cause.
Go for blood test for pregnancy.
This will help to rule out the possibility of pregnancy.
Then if your doctor recommends go for ultrasound, hormonal profile including estrogen, progesterone, LH and FSH, thyroid profile and hemoglobin levels etc.
By examination and investigations the cause for your problem can be identified and treated.
Then you can take tablets to induce withdrawal bleeding with her advice.
