Black Stuff On Tissue After Urinating, Itching In The Genitals. Reason?
okay well first when i use the restroom and whip myself its black stuff on the tissue like little dirt things there very annoying and i keep getting like big bumps like a boil down in my area then whenn i wash up and get out like 2 seconds i have this little onion smell and im itching but not bad ,please help me figure out whats going on

use anti allergic once a day

add antifungal fluconazole 150 mg once a week for 4 wee
apply antibiotic mixed with antifungal and anti allergic over affected area bd
analgesic sos
