Black spots in vision, dizziness, light headedness, anxiety on travelling long distances. Cure?

hi I m a 13 year old girl. Every time I get up I see black spots and feel really dizzy and sometimes I pass out. And sometime when I lay down with my eyes closed and then open them I see black spots and feel light headed. Also when I travel in a car for to long I feel like I want to jump out and I get frustrated a lot and don t know what to do with myself. Do you have any ideas of what is happening?

You don't have to worry about the spots as they are normal phenomenon in most of the people.
Those are some harmless opacities in the gel present inside the eye ball. With your eye movements they keep on moving and more especially after you wake up.
Just don't bother about them.
Take care..
