Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Dear Chris,
As a retina specialist with special interest in Diabetic Eye Disease, if my patients have any such retinal findings, I always take a high resolution photograph of the retina with a Fundus camera for the BASELINE record, even if I feel that it may not need treatment at this stage. This is very useful in followup and also enable the patient to cross consult (as we give them the images on a CD)
So if you could get the same, then a better advise would be possible.
Best Wishes,
Dr. Upsham Goel
