Hi Shyam,
You are expected to give complete description- like place of your residence, size of lesion, whether indurated or soft in feel, continuous discharge or on & off discharge, whether discharging granules or something else, whether associated with pain or fever etc.
It might be simple pyoderma, actinomycosis, atypical mycobacteriosis, or leishmaniasis.
Some investigations like culture-sensitivity testing for bacteria, fungus and atypical mycobacterium, KOH examination, tissue biopsy and above all the direct visualization can give clue to final diagnosis.
You need consultation with a dermatologist. Do not delay because of its benign looking character.
