Black marks, bumps on face oozing out clear liquid. Taken medication. History of acne. No relief. Treatment?

Hello, I am a 40 year old African American woman. I have necer suffered with acne before. Recently I have gotten what I will call bumps only on my face that have a pinhole that constantly and continuously ooze clear liquid and then crust over. It then forms a hard scab. It started as one or 2, now they are all over my face. I have been told any and everything from impetigo , acne, eczema , no medicine given seems to help. I have been given benzoyl peroxide gel, differen, solodyn, acayan. I just need help please. I interview daily at work and it s hindering my performance. It s so embarrassing. I have black marks all over in addition to the bumps.
