Hi Shabnam,
Firstly use a salicylic acid based face wash and water based moisturiser meant for oily skin to keep your skin nourished. Also get all your comedones (black heads and white heads) extracted regularly and avoid facials. Consult a dermatologist to advise you a treatment plan best suited to your skin. For acne multiple treatment options are available like antibiotics, isotretinoin, topical anti acne gels and creams. Also one can take Glycolic acid or salicylic acid peels. Similarly for scars, one can go with microdermabrasion, micro needling or lasers once the active acne lesions have healed. Once your skin has been assessed, then only according to severity of acne, treatment can be advised. Take care.
