Black Head On Top Of Head, Is That A Pimple Or Should We Be More Concerned ?
My 23 year old daughter had a raised bump on her head , that had a black round peppercorn size hard structure that came out when we squezzed it. It hurt and she had a small hole in that area that has closed now. Is that a pimple or should we be more concerned ?

Please be a little more elaborate. How long has the lump been there? What was the size? Has it completely subsided now? It sounds like anything but a pimple. But if it has subsided and if now your daughter is not facing anyproblem then just wait and watch.

hello dear, it looks like a sebaceous cyst.when u squeeze it it gives out pultaceous colgate like discharge.Get it surgically removed. Visit a surgeon.

You seems to getting sebaceous cyst ,which are common on scalp and they have a small hole pr a pore in the center...when you squeeze then you can see a yellow fluid like material coming out.If thats so ,then you need to consult a dermatologist or a plastic surgeon who can remove it surgically .
