Black Dot On The White Part Of Eye Causing Pain On Shutting, No Changes In Vision. Cause?

There is a black dot on the side of the color in my eye, it has been there for four days... First day I noticed it, that side of my eye hurt, mainly when I shut my eye. It s on the left part of my left eye. This is the first day it has not hurt but it is red on that side now and the redness starts from the little black dot ... My vision seems to be the same

It must be some foriegn body on your cornea. It needs to removed because it is probably starting to get infected. It'll turn into an ulcer if u neglect.
Please see an ophthalmologist who can remove that & advice antibiotic eye drops.
