Black Discharge With Blood. On Depo Injection. History Of Endometriosis And Adenomyosis. Already Sterilised. Guide

I am suffering in complete agony with endemetriosis and adenomyosis its taking over my life and have had a black discharge mixed with blood now for 4 weeks with no signs of settling I have tried the mirena and currently on depo injection to atop me ovulating but have been worse whilst on this already been sterilised 3 years ago just wondering if this discharge is coming from the actual endemetriosis is that possible?

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Endometriosis is growth of endometrial tissue in areas other than uterus.
So the discharge you are having could be due to hormonal imbalance, which might be responsible for development of endometriosis and adenomyosis also.
Usually hormonal methods will help in decreasing the symptoms. But that may take some time.
If you are not getting relief with medical methods you may need surgical procedures.
