Black Acne Spots On Face. Open Pores. Suggestions?
Hi Doctor, i have acne spots on my face & blackish colour on my chin. I just got married. How these spots will go away. my face pores has also opened. I am having one beetroot, one glass of Mousami juice & one coconut water daily. is beatroot is good for having daily in this summer season.
I would be very obliged, if you please answer my question.
Thanks for your query. Acne heals leaving behind marks, known as post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Proper cleansing of face with recommended facewashe is required for reducing open pores. That clears the excess oil or sebum from the clogged pores. After proper consultation with a dermatologist, you should start off with medications firstly to clear your acne and then the pigmentation. These medications will unclog the pores, reduce excess sebum secretion, control the bacteria causing acne and reduce the post acne pigmentation and open pores.
Rest fruit juices are good for rehydration. In case of recurrent and resistant acne, you can undergo some hormonal tests as recommended by your dermatologist.
Thanks
