Bitter Taste In Mouth. Drank Gatorade Before Bed. Side Effect ?

I have a bitter taste in my mouth. I woke up fine but after brushing my teeth i realized that my mouth tasted really strange. I drank gatorade before bed and when i woke up. does that affect anything with the taste at all? Ive brushed my teeth 4 times this morning, to try and counteract the strange taste but no avail.
