Now, Dr. Please suggest me do i need to go again for vaccination . Thanks Doctor
Hi,
Thank you for your query,
Yes, you need to go for vaccination, but three doses only.
As the last vaccination for rabies is more than a year, you need 3 doses of antirabies vaccines on 0, 3, and 7 days.
If you have recieved TT injection within the last 5 years, another dose of TT is not required, but if it is more than 5 years go for TT vaccine also.
Consult your Physician for vaccination advise as early as possible.
Hope I have answered your query.
