Bitten By Pet Dog. Taken Rabipur Vaccine, Bitten Again. Should I Take Another Vaccine?
My pet dog bite me last month and i took two shots of Rabipure. The dog was vaccinated in the month of Feb 12. Today (14/08/12) the dog bite me again. should i take vaccination? and if yes how many doses should i take? Note: 3 days back my pet dog was injured while fighting with a stray dog and today he bite me when the vet had come to administer him with a rabies preventive vaccine .

Hi,
as your pet is vaccinated with anti-rabies vaccine already there is no much fear.
but it is advisabe to take 3doses of anti rabies vaccine and at the same time vaccinate the pet dog.
be careful to not to allow your pet dog to stay with stray dogs in future...
