Bitten by dog, burning sensation, swelling, redness. Is that normal?

I was bit through my right hand twice by a germansheppard in 1999. The wounds wouldn't heal and my fingers turned into sausages, 4 month later a plastic surgeon in red deer, ab., told me I had RSD, as by that time my hand and arm was "mottled" ,looking like snakes skin and very painful. Now 2013, when I burn that hand in the oven, boiling water or whatever hot it hurts for a maximum of 10 minutes, than totally stops, just leaving the burn and no other pain. I can also feel a fruit fly if it touches the top of my hairs on my fingers. I have a lot of pain in that hand, fingers and part of my lower arm when we have a change in barometric pressure. Is this normal?

Hi,
It is not common that after 14 years of dog bite you have burning sensation, swelling, redness over the affected part in correlation to that. I suggest you to meet the operating surgeon and take the best guidance regarding your problem.

Three days ago I was walking kids home from school when I felt several burning sensations in three different spots on my leg. When I got home and pulled off my pants a bee fell out. As time goes on my thigh continues to swell and the redness, hardness and hotness is spreading and it hurts more and more as time passes instead of Easing up. I can hardly walk due to the pain and I m wondering if this Is normal or if I should go to the hospital since my family dr can t get me in for another two weeks.

Hi I m 33 and after eating certain foods by tongue has a burning sensation, turns red and feels slightly swollen. This has happened with things like pineapple, kiwi fruit, lemon juice on salad, hummus etc Would this be an allergy? It settles after taking an antihistamine, but takes several days for my tongue to look normal again

This morning I woke up with red, swollen, burning and itchy lips. This has happened two other times since Christmas 2014. The lips end up peeling as if I had gotten sunburn and then eventually go back to normal. This only happens in the wee hours before waking because I have woken during the night and noticed nothing wrong with my mouth.
