Bit By A Dog. No Blood In Affected Area. Dog Lost Appetite. Fear Rabies?

Good morning doc. My husband was being bitten by our dog 30 days ago but there is no blood on the affected area. We immediately washed it with running water and clean it with soap. We also let the wound let the blood out. Our dog was being vaccinated 8 months ago. We also observed the dog for a period of 10 days and is still alive. The dog just recently lost appetite after 28 days. Does my husband got a rabies?

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for your query,
As you have washed the area with running water and soap after bite, your dog has been vaccinated, and your dog is still alive even after 28 days after the bite, nothing to worry.
There are no chances of getting Rabies in this situation.
But consult your Physician once as he will advise you and reassure you in a proper way.
Take your pet dog to her regular Veternary doctor for the evaluation of decreased appetite.
Hope i have answered your query.
