Biopsy Of Skin Rash Shows Granuloma Anulare. Blisters Feel Hot To Touch, Tingling. Any Advice?

Hi,
I have a rash similar to shingles; had biopsy of skin rash; diagnosed with granuloma anulare, but I understand that's a general term when a specific diagnosis is not known. At times, the blistery rashes feel hot to the touch, but I don't have pain; there's no oozing of blister-like rash; the rash is on my arms, legs and neck . . not on one side of my body, but on both sides of the body; I feel some tingling at times; any advice on what it could be? Any treatment?
Thanks
