Thank you for choosing HCM.
Frequent weight changes are one of the side effects of taking novelon.
As far as weight loss goes it totally depends on your diet and exercise regimen. Now i do not know what kind of regimen you follow but i'd ask you to incorporate these steps for keeping your weight under control and also to boost your metabolism.
1.Eat small meals evenly distributed throughtout the day rather than filling yourself up all at once
2.Drink plenty of water 1.5 - 2 litres a day.
3.Add an exercise program (cardio basically) for 30-45 mins everyday
5.Avoid all sorts of processed and fried foods, also avoid all sugary drinks.
6.Keep carbohydrates to a minimum.
7.Drink green tea ( helps boost metabolism )
Thank you and hope this helped.
