dr, my neuigbour has mild decompensation cardic disease and dilated unfolded aorta with prominent knuckle and few bilateral fine basal atelectatic plates are seen. what is her case? i am looking for best medication and life style the best way for lowering the progression of disease note: she suffer from high pressure also she is an old women
