Welcome to HCM. Surgery is advisable only after complete cardiology check up and green signal by cardiologist. Now a days prostrate surgery with holmium laser is recommended for patients like this. There is very fast recovery and no complications after holmium laser surgery. So better ask your treating doctor about this. Keep in touch with your doctor.
