I can understand the discomfort you are facing on account of the head tumour
However, the good point here is that it seems to be a benign (not cancer) tumour, which has a better outcome as compared to cancerous tumours.
The most likely cause here is meningioma
, a tumour that arises from meninges
I realize that the surgery is risky, however, a good neurosurgeon would take all the required precautions to ensure your safety.
