Been Treating Nail Fungus. Why Is It Painful? Use Peroxide?

Hello doctor...I have been treating a nail fungus for quite some time now, but neglected it due to hectic hours at work. The hollowness deepened and became painful. I noticed a brownish blister-looking thing under my nail which popped and secreted a reddish/brownish liquid. I poured hydrogen peroxide under my nail and it fizzed instantaneously and is very painful. What should I do? I have no insurance, but I know this is serious. Please help.
