Been Spotting, Lower Abdominal Twinges, Tender Breasts, Tiredness. Underwent C Section And Tubal Ligation. What Can Be Done?

Hi, I have 3 kids, last one born in 2010, all via C-section and had tubal ligation (clamps) right after 3rd baby was delivered. Anyway, I started my period 07/11/2013, which was 3 days early(Im on a 29 day cycle), it ended on the 14th. The 15th I kept spotting (still spotting) along with a few noticeable twinges in the lower abdomen and sore tingling breasts. My breasts never hurt or tingle AFTER a period. I really don't know when I ovulated because I didn't feel a need to because of my clamps. Then I saw some posts about possible pregnancy even with the clamps. I am also tired more often and urination has picked up slightly. I don't wanna eat more but I am craving one food in particular tremendously. I have an appointment Wednesday but I need answers now. I took 2 tests that were digital and both said not pregnant but when I ejected the test sticks there were two lines, what was that all about? Please help me if you can.

hi,
as per the details given definitely you are not pregnant and there is no need to test. the symptoms could be due to fibroid, or hormonal changes, so kindly get evaluated by your gynecology and an Ultrasound Scan should be able to rule out fibroid, hormonal assay would be able to pic the hormonal disturbances. mostly looks like hormonal disturbances.

wish you good health
