Been Having Dizziness. EKG Was Normal. Why Are There Headaches?

My 16 yr old daughter has been having dizziness and has fallen down a couple of times in the past three to four days.We have done a eEg---which was normal.Got a echo----mild pulmonary arterial hypertension ,had a head tilt test --when she had a headache .Oh when she had her dizziness she has headache.She plays waterpolo and now a days she feels weak.What do we do?She refuses to stop swimming

It seems from the history that your daughter is having headache with dizziness.
These symptoms are usually seen in primary headaches like migraine.
Hence this requires examination by a physician or by a neurologist for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment accordingly.
Since she is having pulmonary hypertension it requires further evaluation and treatment.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
