Bald Patch On The Head, Had Hair Root Pain And Hair Fall Before This. Done IVF Treatment. Suggestions?

Good Morning Doctor, I am 31 years old female, Indian, since last week I have noticed a patch (about 1 inch) hairless (almost bald)on my head. Initiallly doctors dignosed it as Alopecia Areata . I just finished my IVF treatment and have been suffering from endometriosis . I works and stay in Nigeria and few weeks back I noticed serious pain on the roots of my hair and hairfall. Kindly Advise

The endometriosis and IVF is not related to the hair fall. There may be several other causes for that. you need to be investigated for that. Nutritional deficiencies are commonest cause. Local causes like dandruff, seborrhea etc need to be ruled out too.
