Bad Stomach Ache, Vomitting Bile During Pregnancy. Drank Water. Matter Of Concern?

Hello I'm 16 weeks pregnant and today I have had a bad stomach ache that in the last hour has caused me to vomit what I think is yellow bile. Should I be concerned for my baby? I did follow the directions of trying to take small sips of water because of my concern of dehydration. No fever. And still feeling stomach pain. Should I ride it out or call doc tomorrow if it dose not subside.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having acute gastro-enteritis.
Nothing to worry.
Take some antispasmodic tablet for stomach-ache as and when required.
Take plenty of water and electrolytes and ORS water.
Take light diet like curd, rice and buttermilk.
Take care of not having dehydration.
Ok and take care.
