Bad Smelling Discharge After Having Mirena. How To Get Relief?

Hi, I had a mirena in November and ever since i have had a discharge with a really bad smell. It s that bad that i have started to wear tamptons everyday to stop it. It is white and has an odd smell. No matter how many times i shower or bath it wont go. Its gotten to a point were i dont event what to have sex with my partner incase he can smell it. Can you help?
