Hi,
Welcome to HCM & thanks for writing in.
The condition can be recurrent furunculosis or hidradenitis suppuritiva.
Recurrent folliculitis can be treated by rifampicin for 7-10 days.
Hidradenitis suppurativa is a chronic condition requires long term antibiotics and immunosuppresives.
Keep the area clean.
Use antiseptic soap like SOAPEX soap.
Use frequent hand wash.
Apply mupirocin ointment over the area.
A visit to dermatologist or physician will confirm the diagnosis .
Hope this helps.
I wish you good health.
Regards.
