Hello and thanks for the query
Your pain is more related to a orthopedic problem and most likely to be a PIVD (Prolapse Inter-vertebral Disc). But need to be investigated for RA, Sciatica and get your sonography done to rule out any abnormality in abdomen.
Follow certain precautions like:
1. Use hard bed to sleep.
2. Use lumbosacral belt while driving and walking.
3. Avoid all jerky movements of spine.
4. Use analgesic and anti-inflammatory drug to reduce pain.
5. Hot fermentation also help in reducing symptoms.
6. Do not lift heavy weight.
7. Bed rest is best treatment in worse condition.
Hope this will help you. Else consult your doctor and get some investigations done.
Best Wishes
