For the past 2 weeks, I have been getting nose bleeds (only on the left side) (mostly in the morning after I blow my nose). Today, I woke up with a shooting pain in my ear (on the left), and a cloudy, clearish fluid has been dripping out of my left nostril a few times today. Also, the wisdom tooth on the left side feels like it is trying to cut through , which I thought to be the cause of the slight pain, shooting pain in my ear, and a little sinus irritation. Could the nose bleeds be in correlation with my bloody nose?

We have been living in China and just traveled to Philippines where we all got a bad stomach virus. The pain in my son is persisting, and even prior to that he has complained of stomach pain. Now he has had 2 severe nose bleeds. Could this be dry air from flying, or related somehow to the chronic stomach pain?
