Hi there,
Thanks for your query.
Persistent
night sweats occur in some conditions, such as
tuberculosis (of glands in neck/armpit/inside chest; or tuberculosis of lungs) or
sarcoidosis. Other uncommon causes include lymphomas and similar conditions.
It also commonly occurs in chronic anxiety, panic attacks. If you are suffering from either of these, anti-depressants and anxiolytics would be of immense help, which will also be helpful in curbing Migraines.
You have not mentioned if you have been having feverish sensation, loss of appetite,
weight loss etc.
Consult your doctor again, who will evaluate you to exclude/confirm the above-mentioned conditions.
